About Zippo Lighters
Zippo lighters have been manufactured in Bradford Pennsylvania USA since 1932 when George Blaisdell was inspired to make the first ever Zippo lighter after seeing a cumbersome Austrian made lighter. He thought he could improve on the design. The design of the Zippo lighter has remained mostly the same throughout the years and its simplicity, ingenious design and build quality means that there's not much that can go wrong with them! Hence their world famous reliability. They have appeared in countless films and have been owned by many celebrities and Hollywood stars.
The Zippo Lifetime Guarantee
Since the first day they started production in the 1930s, Zippo have always stood by their world famous lifetime guarantee. So if there is anything wrong with the lighter mechanically, then they will fix it for free and return the lighter to first class mechanical condition. Regardless of age.. You can actually send a 60 year old Zippo to them if it doesn't work and they'll fix it!

Delivery Charges
We are currently offering a promotional FREE delivery rate on all UK orders. You can also choose faster delivery options for an extra charge. Delivery to outside of the UK will be charged at a higher rate. When you visit your checkout to pay for your order, you will be shown the delivery charges (if any) and you can then decide which option to take.
Delivery Options:
At checkout, you can choose from the following delivery options (UK Orders):
- FREE Delivery (Usually takes 3-5 working days from dispatch)
- Royal Mail 1st Class (Usually Takes 1-2 days from dispatch)
- Express Next Day Delivery (Next Day if ordered before 12 noon - otherwise guaranteed for the day after, Mon-Fri). We either use Royal Mail Special delivery, or UPS depending on weight. Please note: Express Next Day delivery may not be available during busy periods.
International Delivery (Orders outside the UK):
- International Tracked and Signed. (Sent by Royal Mail or an equivalent courier depending on weight)

Non-Personalised Items
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Although most orders are received by customers within 2-3 days, we ask customers to allow up to 14 working days for delivery in line with Royal Mail policy, (although it's very unlikely it would ever take this long).

Engraved orders are normally shipped within 24 hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Express Delivery (Next Working Day) or 1st Class Options
If you choose an express delivery option (Special Delivery), then we will engrave/personalise and dispatch the item the same day (Monday to Friday) provided the order is received before 12pm (noon) - although it is still possible to receive the item the next day if the order is placed after 12pm.. If you choose 1st class postage, we will also aim to dispatch the order within 24 hours, even if it is engraved.
Please note that Free Delivery and 1st class delivery are not guaranteed services and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, or by an incorrect delivery address. Special Delivery is a guaranteed service whereby Royal Mail guarantee delivery within a set timescale, provided that the delivery address is full and correct and that someone is at the address to sign for the package.
